Dipank
Dipank is a manager in Structured Finance Services division at Axience. He has several years of experience in Fixed Income markets and Securitization which includes a stint at Los Angeles and another at London.
Prior to joining Axience, Dipank was working with Deutsche Bank where his primary role was modeling ABS, RMBS, CDO, TRS, Synthetic and Market Value Transactions. He has also worked on Portfolio Performance Attribution and Risk Attribution Analytics for Fixed Income and Hedge Funds. Before Deutsche Bank, he worked with a fixed income market consultancy where he was part of a team which modeled MBS transactions for one of the biggest investment banks in US. Dipank holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee with a specialization in Quantitative Methods and Operations Research.
Deepti
Deepti is the Office Manager for Axience delivery centre in Mumbai. She leads the support to Axience management and employees in office administrations, operations and acts as a generalist in human resources.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBM) from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Mumbai. Prior to PGDBM, she worked with E-Funds as a customer care representative. Deepti also holds a Private Pilot License with Instrument Rating from the US and has lived in Kuwait, Malaysia and Philippines.
Naveen
Naveen is a manager in business research team at Axience. He is responsible for project delivery and also helps in strategy and business development for the business research division. He has close to six years of experience in business research and has executed projects in diverse sectors such as financial services, information technology, maritime, automotive, etc. for Fortune 500 companies, financial firms and consultancies.
Prior to joining Axience, Naveen headed research division of a maritime and logistics industry focused consulting firm in India. Prior to this he was co-founder of a venture in Knowledge Process Outsourcing space. Naveen started his career as a Senior Business Analyst in investment research division of a leading KPO firm. Naveen holds an engineering degree, BTech and MTech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay.
Pankaj
Pankaj is responsible for investor and client mapping services at Axience. He is an expert in desktop research and financial services taxonomies and has completed several projects helping leading investment banks, private equity firms, asset managers and capital markets recruiters.
Prior to joining Axience, he worked with a UK based business intelligence firm, where he was an Associate within the Enterprise Intelligence team, responsible to map key clients of top ten Investment banks, based on ‘Relationship Intelligence’ theory. Pankaj has trainer certification in Derivatives, Capital Markets & Trading modules from National Stock Exchange (NSE), India and was actively involved in capital-market activities at an investment advisory firm in Mumbai. He is a commerce graduate from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in India.
Rajat
Rajat is a manager in the corporate finance team, and is responsible for deliverables in the areas of comparable company valuations, precedent transaction analysis, historical benchmarking studies, accretion and dilution, DCF modeling and financial modeling. Rajat has extensive experience in setting up new teams, training and development, capacity management and handling pilot projects from inception to live production.
Prior to joining Axience, Rajat worked as Senior Associate at Copal Partners where he helped large, mid-size and boutique investment banks and corporate finance teams in comparables and precedent transaction analysis, financial modeling and other M&A/Corporate Finance support. Rajat has done his MBA (Finance) from Indian Institute of Finance, New Delhi and holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
