Axience is an integrated research, intelligence, consulting and outsourcing firm that delivers efficient, effective, high-quality outcomes for its clients. Our work spans four business lines: Financial and Investment Research; Intelligence, Insights and Advisory; Growth and Transformation Services; and Data, Digital and Innovation.
We partner with leading investment banks, private and public market investors. corporates, startups as well as other service providers. Founded in 2007 by Hemant Jain - drawing on his leadership in global capability centers (Mumbai), investment banking at Morgan Stanley (London), and engineering at Schlumberger (Paris) - Axience today operates across multiple locations worldwide.

Hemant Jain
Founder & CEO

Hemant founded Axience in 2007 to build a specialist, bespoke global business services firm. A corporate nomad, he leads growth while traveling extensively to clients worldwide. Previously, he set up the India delivery center of a business intelligence firm and worked at Morgan Stanley in London, after starting his career at Schlumberger in Paris. He holds an MBA from HEC Paris and an engineering degree from IIT Bombay. Hemant speaks English, Hindi, French and Spanish.
Roshan D'Silva
Managing Partner, North America
Roshan leads Axience’s North America team from Toronto, advising financial services, real estate and infrastructure and corporates. He brings 25 years in PE / venture-backed businesses across tech, telecom, outsourcing and real estate, combining operating and investing roles with board experience. IJLP Fellow / Co-Chair (IIM Bangalore – Mizuho); IIT Bombay engineer; speaks English, Arabic and Hindi.
Amit Anand
Managing Partner, Middle East & Africa
Amit, an ex-PwC / KPMG consulting leader, spearheads Axience's Middle East and Africa growth. With an MBA from ISB and an IIT Delhi engineering degree, he's a former tech entrepreneur and has served on investments / M&A, transformation & operational value creation leadership positions at leading conglomerates in the Middle East - Damac, Emaar and ENEC. He has lived and worked in the Middle East for over 2 decades, after a stint in London with Schlumberger.

Ranveer, Managing Director at Vaillant Capital Partners, has experience in growth, distressed and turnaround investments, including CXO / CFO interim roles; ex-Eredene Capital, US$ 275 mn AUM; Citicorp, ING Vysya; MBA, London Business School.
