Requirements
Axience is a professional business services firm, established with a credo of delivering “Integrated Bespoke Solutions” for our clients We provide high quality bespoke and boutique-style financial and business research services and have established ourselves as a well-regarded research firm with a strong clientele, board and management team Our main offices are located in Mumbai (India) with small capabilities in Dubai (UAE) and Cluj Napoca (Romania) with extended sales and execution capabilities displaying content from the right collection fields.
Research and Consulting: We support reputable large and medium size corporates and professional services firms in providing strategic and tactical business / market information, prospect intelligence, competitive intelligence / benchmarking, sector research, analysis and other consulting support. Also offer custom strategic research / assessment, ongoing outsourced analysts, digital support and due diligence services
Financial Research: We support investment banks, private equity firms, asset managers and hedge funds, family offices, sell-side research firms, rating agencies among others
Support areas include preparation of pitch books and info memos, comps and transaction analysis, financial modeling and valuation, investment screening and evaluation, equity / fixed income research, etc.
Support also encompasses across asset classes and products such as CLOs, ABS, CMBS and RMBS including data and analytics (loan level data analysis), bespoke deal surveillance, CLO overlap analysis and credit analysis including capital structure analysis and modeling
Central and Business Development: Axience Central and Business Development team directly reports into Senior Management and CEO and work on various activities related to process improvement, pre-sales, business development
The team supports leadership in research support for exploring new business growth areas, RFP and proposals and also acts as a core member of pilot teams
